  2. Services Offered

    Stellar Swift Couriers provides same-day dedicated courier services. We aim to deliver parcels safely and on time, though delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  3. Booking

    Customers must complete booking details accurately. Any discrepancies or missing information may result in delays or additional fees.

  4.  Liability and Insurance

    Our services include Goods in Transit Insurance up to £10,000 per delivery. This insurance covers damages or losses occurring during transport due to factors within our control. Stellar Swift Couriers is not liable for:

    Delays due to incorrect address information or adverse weather conditions.

    Loss or damage to parcels with a value exceeding our insurance limit.

  5. Cancellations and Refunds

    Cancellations made within one hour of scheduled collection may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days for eligible cancellations.

  6. Dangerous Goods

    It is the sender's responsibility to declare any dangerous or hazardous items at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation or additional charges.

  7. Complaints and Claims

    Any claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide detailed information, including the booking reference number and a description of the issue.

  8.  Amendments

    Stellar Swift Couriers reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
